These Terms and Conditions apply to everyone who uses the website asti.co.in or enrols in a course with Ascent Software Training Institute (“ASTI”, “we”, “us”). By using this website or paying course fees, you agree to these terms.
1. Our services
ASTI provides classroom and online training in software, IT and related skills, along with placement assistance. Course content, duration, schedule and fees are shared with you before enrolment by our counsellors and on our website.
2. Enrolment and fees
- Your seat in a batch is confirmed only after the fee (or the agreed first instalment) is received.
- Fees are payable in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes are charged as per law.
- Where fees are paid in instalments, each instalment must be paid by the agreed date to continue attending classes.
- Payments can be made online through secure payment links or our website, which are processed by our authorised payment partner, or at our centre.
3. Refunds and cancellations
Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
4. Delivery of services
ASTI does not ship any physical goods. Training is delivered in person at our Bengaluru centre or online through live sessions. Access details (batch timings, class links, learning material) are shared by phone, email or WhatsApp within 2 working days of payment, or before the batch start date.
5. Student conduct
Students are expected to attend regularly, respect trainers and other students, and not share course material, recordings or login access with others. ASTI may suspend access for misconduct, without refund.
6. Placement assistance
ASTI provides placement support such as interview preparation, resume help and referrals to hiring companies. A job offer depends on the student’s performance and the employer’s decision, so placement is not guaranteed.
7. Changes to courses
We may change trainers, schedules or course content to keep training up to date. If a batch is cancelled by ASTI, the Refund and Cancellation Policy applies.
8. Intellectual property
All course material, videos and content on this website belong to ASTI and may not be copied or redistributed without our written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
ASTI’s total liability for any claim relating to a course is limited to the fees paid for that course.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
