Program formats

Three ways to run a program with ASTI

Each format below has been delivered at a partner college. The track, dates and batch size are agreed with the college.

Selection-based

Workshop, selection, training, placement drive

A workshop followed by a written test and interview. Selected students get in-depth training with projects, then a placement drive.

Example: 10 selected, 3 placed at Optirise

How it works

How a campus program is planned

  1. Talk to us. Tell us your students' branch and year, how many will take part, and the skills or roles you are preparing them for.
  2. Choose the track and format. Pick one or more tracks and a format: a short workshop, a 2-week intensive or a selection-based program.
  3. Fix the dates and venue. Workshop and training sessions run on your campus, in your seminar halls and labs, on dates that fit your academic calendar.
  4. Training and assessment. ASTI trainers teach the technical sessions. Depending on the format, students also take soft skills classes, mock interviews or a selection test.
  5. Next steps for students. Students leave with project experience and interview practice. In selection-based programs, selected students continue to in-depth training and a placement drive.

FAQ

Questions colleges ask

Which colleges has ASTI run campus programs with?

Recent programs include a .NET Full Stack program at Vemana Institute of Technology, Bengaluru (October 2025 to April 2026) and a 2-week Data Analytics, Data Science and Gen AI placement training at Christ College of Engineering, Irinjalakuda (September 2026). Each has its own case study on this page.

Do you run programs outside Bengaluru?

Yes. ASTI is based in Bengaluru, and the Christ College of Engineering program was delivered on campus in Irinjalakuda, Kerala.

How long is a campus program?

It depends on the format. Past programs have ranged from a 5-day workshop to a 2-week intensive, and a selection-based program with three months of follow-on training.

Can several tracks run at the same time?

Yes. At Christ College of Engineering, a Data Analytics track and a Data Science and Gen AI track ran in parallel for 60 students each (120 in total), with shared soft skills sessions.

Does ASTI guarantee placements?

No. ASTI provides training, interview preparation and placement support, but hiring decisions are made by employers. Each case study reports outcomes as they happened.
